How To Do Double Oblique Twist | Progression from Single shown by chaz the fighter!
If you saw the last vid of how to do oblique twist with cable then you’ll see its pretty much the same, but with the double you’ll be working a little harder, more muscles, and get really good at punching people in the face! (:
- good base feet shoulder width apart or a littler wider,
- cables around shoulder height or a little below
- grab both cables and twist
- pulling with one arm and punching out with the other
- while twisting and keeping the core tight
That’s it keeping it simple! with this you’ll work your, back, chest, shoulders, tri’s, bi’s, abs, obliques pretty good!
