Why I Made this Book
I started out young, not knowing what to do I would just curl some dumbbells my uncle gave me in my basement. For as many times that I could.
I Saw some Results but not much, this still brought me excitement!
As I got older I really wanted to see some more Gainz (results), but I didn’t have enough nor wanted to hire a trainer since I was already spending a lot on supplements.
So what did I do?
I started to watch videos, read books, and experiment, from that point my results no joke Sky Rocketed!
I was actually training smarter and it felt like my workouts were in fact something that added to my goal every single time I went!
This was shortly after High School and in that 1 year I had transformed my body to the point that when I met up with some old friends they were in aw of what I looked like compared to before! some even thought I was on roids or something crazy.
But the truth was I had just figured out how to work with my Specific Body type and How to formulate my workouts and meals to get the results I was always wanting from the beginning curling in my basement.
After college I decided to take up Personal Training and started to study with ACE (American Council on Exercise), with that I furthered my knowledge and started to help people train.
